Adding Minutes To My Phone

I have a virgin mobile phone, and purchased a Virgin Mobile card, with $40 on it. I go to the website and enter the phone number 407-552-6222 and the pin # on the Virgin Mobile card and it says the information is not correct.

I recommend calling Virgin Mobile customer service at 1-888-322-1122. They should be able to help you out.
