Internet Problems

I own a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone and have problems getting on the internet.Whenever I want to search the internet or get into my emails or want the wether channel or anything that has to do with the internet connection. I have been back to the store I bought it from but they do not have a solution. Do you have any suggestions or have someone to walk me through the settings?
