The Locking Osd And Unlocking Osd Are Flashing On My Screen.

The screen's contrast is too bright and I cannot open the main menu. During use the small blue and yellow window box flickers on and off stating that it's Unlocking the OSD and showing the bar moving and then Locking the OSD again with the bar movement. I have checked the screen resolution and that's at the correct level. Can you help
