I Have A Verizon Lg Retravert Phone That Worked Fine Until Today.

Now I can't get any sound to come out of it except when it announces I have a call. I can't answer the call because I can't hear anything, the speaker 'on' doesn't work and won't come on and I don't understand what could have happened overnight while the phone was charging. I can still send text messages but that's about it. This is my only phone and I'm disabled so I really need to know how to fix it! HELP!
