I Can't Unlock My Phone. I Need It! Don't Know Combination.

I need my phone and it's locked out because I put the wrong combination in to unlock it. I don't remember the combination. I can't make it reset. Please won't you help me?!!!I can't stay up all night waiting!!!! I have to go to sleep. Please can someone help me?
