My Lg Cosmos Won't Turn On

My phone has been charging for over an hour and it won't turn on, the screen just flashes the verizon logo. It had a fully charged battery and just went blank and turned off. We tried to turn it on and it won't come on,even with a fully charged batter from another cosmos...HELP please!!!
