How To Unlock My Phone For Data

i have a blackberry storm2 9550 and am using it in nairobi, kenya on safaricom network. i have paid for Bis but my phone is locked to verizon wireless. without this service my business is suffering, how can i get it unlocked or how can i contact verizon wireless to unlock it for me?
