How Can I Get Help On My Google Chromebook When I Can't Access The Internet?

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have not been able to connect to the internet. My Chromebook is only 14 months old. My SSID is MyHomeWireless and when asking for my password it come back as BadPassPrase. I hope someone can help me with this. The model code It was new Jan. 2013. I don't know how to do the images.
