I Have A Verizon Phone That I've Used Wireless Recharge On Years Ago. The Phon

I have a verizon phone purchased several years ago from Walmart. I purchase a card for $30 last night at CVS to recharge the phone. The mobile devise number wasand Mobile Id # . I do not understand how to put the $30 on. The card says a Wireless prepaid phone number is required before this can be added. However, I have not used the phone in a long time. Help.
