My Verizon Phone Is Over 3yrs Old And It Is Near Death. I Am Not Ready For

My Verizon phone is near death. the phone is over 3yrs old and a new contract is not due till August. My charger just broke and I hate to invest anything in this old phone. I tried to contact customer service by phone with no success. The area Verizon store requested I contact customer service. Can anyone help me with my situation?

Hello, ive been here before as well . My phone had been discontinued and my charger shorted out. I contacted verizon customer service by dialing the (*611) and rep told me they could replace charger bc of my insurance i pay for every month. a month later i lost my charger and just purchased a universal charger off ebay and i got 3 for the price of one .

Call Customer Service and See if Insurance Covers Charger Replacement
Purchase Replacement at Verizon Store or find Cheaper Alternative Online (Ebay)
