Why can I not get a service rep to repair phone?

Go here to intiate a service request. You may also call cS@ 800-483-3000: Press # at prompt asking for the account, then 0# for zip code and 0 until transferred. EXISTING CUSTOMERS Enter the number you are calling about and then start saying "Agent" over and over and over again until you're transferred to a human, for assistance in getting service for your phone.
