I Can't Create A 'special' Account For Support Because I Only Have One E-mail Ac

they tell me there is already an account with that e-mail address. So i try to log in with my e-mail and a new password but they say the password is invalid. all are invalid no matter what i use.

These ridiculous rejections have become increasingly common with various websites.

I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.
For an email address that's not working, your Internet Service Provider may give you a solution. In the worst case you may have to use a different email address: Gmail will let you receive its mail at your current (other) mailbox.
It's possible the problem is on your end. If so, follow these steps:
