Seating Request For (2) Paid Flights

Hello, I bought roundtrip tickets for my Mother last week, (Booking). Can i choose her seats for the (2) flights? Please send me information on this subject. Thanks, Yvette Quinones

If you have the confirmation number (6 letters and/or numbers), you can view your mother's reservation on United's website which will enable you to select specific seats IF there are seats available to be preassigned.

Go to this website and enter the confirmation and last name of traveler.

If there are seats available to preassign, it will allow you to select one for each flight. Some flights block seats for airport check-in only. So if it's a full flight, you may not be able to get a seat assignment until check-in at the airport.

If you have difficulty with the website, you can always call United Reservations and give them the flight information for your mother (confirmation or ticket number and name of passenger) and they may be able to help you with seat assignments. 1-800-864-8331)
