Iphone App Will Not Connect

after much research and reading still cannot get iphone or ipad app to connect. when i plug uds655 monitor into computer monitor goes and stays black. HELP

SO there is something bad with the your uniden device because you have done all with your iphone. check if there is any firmware update for your uniden surveillance system.
