They Are Brand New And On The Same Channel And Subchannel But Not Transmitting?

Hi. If you are certain you have set everything up as per the manual here https://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Uniden/GMR60002CKHS/226624 then you will need to contact Uniden directly from here http://mycusthelp.net/UNIDEN/_cs/QuestionAsk.aspx (or your retailer) as they must then be defect.
