Uniden Dxi8560-2 Cordless Phones
Can not get my ordered cordless phone charged. I place the phone in the main base but no menu came up on the phone and the small charger does not light up.

If you are certain that you have done everything as per the manual here https://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Uniden/DXI85602/23255 then the unit will sadly have to be defect and had better be returned to the retailer.
