Ubc3500xlt When Switching On, The Scanner Stops

Hello,I have an UBC3500XLT (=BR330T) scanner.The problem is that when switching on the UBC3500XLT, the welcome page is shown. The next step in the switching on procedure is the "Band Plan 2" and that's it. It repeats the "Band Plan 2" and does not continue with the next step.I have done a factory reset, but nothing helps.The scanner can be switched of by pressing the on/off button for appr. 10 secondsHope you can help me Kind regards,Lammert ter Heide
