Phone Book

I have Uniden phone Dect 1535+1. If I prees phone book its display unavilable. I dont what is the problem i cant fix it please can you help me?

is easily solved by unplugging the base station, waiting for 30 seconds or so, and plugging back in again. CID and phone book then magically reappear (though I don't know for how long
