CHECK FOR CANCELLATION FEE
To see if you were charged a fee on a canceled trip:
1. Tap menu, then "Your Trips"
2. Go to the canceled trip
3. Touch "Receipt"
If you were charged a cancellation fee for this trip, it will be on your receipt. If you weren't charged a cancellation fee, the fare will show 0.
Most of the time, if you can't find the trip in your history, it is because you canceled and were not charged a fee.
CHECK YOUR CREDITS
If you already let us know about a cancellation fee, and we credited you back the fee, you'll see it in Uber Credits.
To see your credits:
1. Tap menu, then "Payment"
2. Scroll down to "Uber Credits"
The amount of any credits, including the ones from cancellation fee refunds, will be displayed there.
If you have different problem with your cancellation fee, you can let us know here. If you have a problem with a different trip, select it from "Your Trips" to get the fastest answer.
