Why Not Make It Possible For People Signing In To Speak To Someone By Phone?

What a horrible time Ive had trying to sign up. Just because I wanted to get an uber taxi.You have no courtesy to a potential new customer. I'm retired and expect better service than this. Now I've missed the dinner I was to attend in Sta Monica. It would have all been plain sailing with a customer service rep on the phone.When companies get successful there's a tendency to get arrogant also. I'm trying to help you in replying to this at all. I was really busy but now you've shot my evening I've got time to tell you this (just!)George P
