I Need A Refund Driver Never Showed Up And It Charged My Bank Account
driver did not show up .. yet I was still charged 6.48 for a no show

Sorry for your problems. I suggest submitting the form at https://help.uber.com/h/fe547761-4384-42d4-8531-4cfb0e0e523e. Although this is for an "unrecognized" charge, it can be uses as well in your situation. As a backup, write [email protected] and if you want a call, include your phone number (Uber promises to phone you). After you've taken one or both of these steps, dispute the charge with your bank.
