My Payment Did Not Go Through And There Is Nothing Wrong With Either Of My Cards
I need to make sure I pay for a past ride that there was an error processing both of my cards. I called the card companies, and there is no problem with either card.I can't seem to fix this on my own.

"... no problem with either card." If there's no issue with your account with the bank, there's nothing for you to worry about. Your payment will not have been processed/posted if it has not been deposited. To follow up, ask Uber. If you write [email protected] and want a call, include your phone number; Uber promises to phone you.
