I Cannot Get Thru To Customer Service About Incorrect Charges. I Was Double Bil
I was double billed for a trip yesterday both pickup and drop off. The same trip they used UberEATS and charged $13.02 to my credit card.Original trip was pick up from 4515 s Durango to 5693 s. Jones Blvd.Return from5052 s Jones to 4515 s Durango.Then later another trip with two different addresses by the same driver .I have contacted my bank but they suggested to advise Uber which becomes you

No, we're not Uber; we're an independent help site. Uber's customer service is not the best. To challenge your double billing, see https://www.ridesharingdriver.com/reliable-contact-uber-customer-support/. Keep detailed records of your efforts, and if the issue is not promptly resolved, your bank will accept your dispute.
