Package Returned To Sender
I ordered an item from a large clothing company, Coldwater Creek. It was sent FEDEX to the main postal center at my husband's workplace, but then left for the USPS to deliver to his office. The last tracking information said it had been returned to sender because of an incorrect address. The address was correct. In addition, when I called the company they claimed they could not track it and that it could take "several weeks" to be returned to them, and then reshipped. Aside from the issue of the address having been correct, should it take several weeks for a package, with a clear return address, to be returned to a vendor? Thank you.
