Holiday Operations And Delay Of Mail

hello, I am missing a piece of mail--mailed on 112613. , i still have not received this piece of mail. sent through regular mail. (EXCUSE THE CAPS...SOME REASON MY CAPALOCK IS STUCK)

You can try calling your local post office but unfortunately if it didn't have a tracking number then they may not be able to locate it.
