Tracking Orphan Package

I'm expecting a package (tracking #1z14165wpt00643803) that originated in Minnesota, traveled to Indianapolis, then to the west coast, and back to Hodgkins IL where it seems to be stuck. My home is in Bloomington IN, very near to Indianapolis. Is there a problem here?
