How Do I Get Ups To Quit Putting Packages On My Front Porch .

I PUT A SIGN ON THE FRONT DOOR THAT SAYS TO PLEASE PUT PACKAGES IN THE GARAGE AND THEY STILL PUT THEM ON THE FRONT PORCH. I WORK 2ND SHIFT AND AM NOT HOME WHEN THEY DELIVER PACKAGES. I COME HOME TO WET PACKAGES.

You can call the UPS customer service requesting that deliverer puts them in a specific location. You will have to know the tracking ID number of the package. the customer service number is 1-800-742-5877.
