I Missed A Delivery Scheduling Phone Call A Few Minutes Ago. Need To Talk.

I couldn't get to the phone on time to pick up an incoming call from UPS to schedule a delivery. Can I do that now or must I wait for another phone call? We're not around a lot and must get this scheduled.
