1zx799390310731057 It Shows Out For Delivery, It's Nearly 5:00pm - Where Is

I paid extra money to have this package delivered today and it looks like I'm not going to get it. Why? Is there a time management problem here?

Using that tracking number it says it's out for delivery as of 4:31AM so hopefully it should be arriving soon. If you need more information call UPS and they can give you up today information as to an estimate and if there are any issues complicating delivery.
