How do I cancel my UPS shipment?

I want to cancel my UPS shipment. Can I do this online or do I need to call them?

It would be better to call them, you can reroute, delay or cancel online with a tracking number but it takes time for information to be routed so it's best to call and speak to someone who can assure you that the shipment is cancelled and you won't be charged.

if it is still due for shipment, a phone call to the local distributing agent will make it possible. if you have an on line account, it can be done there. do search for "cancel shipment"

sorry man if its too late but you have to call them last time i placed an order and it made 2!!!!! but i called them immediately and they canceled it wtf look at my person im not a girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
