I Can't Delete My Profile Picture

I really, really need to delete my profile picture on Twitter. It's lame and I have a kindle book coming out. I've gone into edit profile and clicked delete picture at least 100 times...for weeks...nothing. Even clicking "save changes" does nothing, and sometimes the button is grayed out. I have cookies enabled everything. How do I fix this?
