I Made Account On Twitter I Dont See A Box Where I Can Upload/put Picture

If you are trying to do so through a phone or tablet app, the app may not be compatible to access all features. If you're trying to from a desktop or laptop here is what you do. Log in. Go to the top right of the screen and click ont he icon of a person - it's between the search box and the compose new tweet button. Click on the person, then you will see a drop-down menu. From there, go down and click on Settings. Once that comes up, you'll see a list of links on the left, look for the one that says Profile, and click on it. Once you click on the Profile link, at the top of the page you should see a place where you can upload a picture. Be sure to upload and then save it.
