How Do I Log On If They Are Telling Me My Email Already Is Being Used? I Don't R

I don't remember my user name and password and they are saying my email is already being used. That is because I created an account a while ago but have no idea what my old user name and password is. I don't know how to get on twitter.

If you still have access to that email address, you can use the "Forgot password?" or "Forgot username?" function on the login screen. If you do not have access to this email you will need to sign up with a new account using a unique email address.
