Hijacked

I received nasty messages from Votocracy and RobEjr, blocked them and changed my password.  I cannot get into Twitter now to change it again. Got an email from ltd197mba with no message. Got a couple of emails from followers who said my photo looked funny or that my account was hijacked.  What do I do?
