Suspended A/c Without Clear Motives Given

A few days ago my a/c was suspended for incomprehensible reasons. I have replied 3 x by feedback but no response.If I dont know the reason then its logical that i cant address it let alone sign some form. It should be noted that the imposed automated system on tweets sometimes doesnt get corrected & includes for whatever would appear. If this is NOT the motive could it be explained as to why please?
