Need To Access Twitter Acct As I Am New Administrator
Original administrator did not record the twitter acct username or password. Not sure what email or phone number was used to create acct. Need administrative access to account to manage it. Can you help?

As a security measure, twitter won't recover passwords unless you have either the username or the email. Once you get one of those things, access this page:
https://twitter.com/account/resend_password
If this is still impossible, then just contact customer service.
