I recently received a message from someone who I do not follow and they do not follow me either.  They left a message for to contact them, however, I twitter does not allow sending messsages to people who do not follow you.  I would like someone to assist, as I would like to have a message sent directly to this person. Please contact me ASAP. Thanks... my user name is charitychitiyo
