Why Isn't The Password Reset Form Website Saying It Doesn't Exist?

I forgot my password, so I had the reset link sent to my email (8 times) & each time I go to the link to reset my password.. it's saying that website/link doesn't exist.. So how am I suppose to reset my password now?
