Am I Blocked?
I am following someone, still see them in my list of 'who i'm following', and see myself on their list of 'who is following' them. but their tweets for the last two days are NOT in my timeline. i can see their tweets only by going to their twitter page and looking at their list of tweets. did they block me? or semi-block me, so that the tweets aren't in my timeline?

It is impossible to just block somebody from reading your tweets. You're either blocked completely, which would mean you're not following them, they're not following you etc. - or you're still following them. You would not be able to go to their timeline and read their tweets if you were blocked.
