Account May Have Been Hacked.
Good Morning in checking my email I received an email that welcomed me back to Twitter & also thanked me for changing my password. I have not accessed my Twitter account in about a year. My user id is Soft2Touch. Could you please suspend this account so that whomever changed my password & accessed the account can not use it. I want to keep my account however I'm not sure how someone got in & changed my password. Please resond ASAP!

You will need to contact Twitter about this. You can find contact information here (Select "Hacked account" and select "No" four times to get the email form).
