Rechargeable Batteries Not Working In My X42 Headset

I have previously brought a x42 wireless headset. All batteries work except rechargeable batteries i have tried charging them and trying different ones but none of this works. Please help I much prefer using rechargeables the. Buying batteries oveplans over
