I Have An X42 Headset And People That I Am Talking To Say It Echos,what Is Wrong

Maybe you have the TV too loud, that will cause an echo, because the MIC picks up the audio from the TV. OR my problem was, I couldnt be heard, other people only heard echo and feedback. So I TURNED my chat cable around. The opposite of where it tells you it goes. (The controller side plugs into the headset, and the headset side connects to the controller) Hope this helps! (SIDE NOTE: Make sure the cables are plugged in FIRMLY)
