Everytime I Turn On My X32's All It Does Is Make A Constant Siren Noise

when i turn on my x32 all it does is make a constant siren noise and wont work. the light on the turtle beaches wont come on and the router thing just keeps fading in and out. and the only way i can get the siren noise to stop is if i take out the batteries.
