What Is Going On With My X32 Headset?

I've had my X32's for only a couple days, and there is a consistent beeping sound coming through them, around once every 4-5 seconds, and it is the same sound as when the "Tone" button is pressed on the headset. Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem may be and how to fix it?

Greetings. . There is a "mute" button which unfortunately gives a periodic beeping noise to remind you it is muted.
