Mic Problem

i have problem with turtle beach earforce Px11 ..i can hear game sound but when i start to talk with my friend my mic broke my voice or my friend wont hear me..my mic just crackles and wont work well ..i dont know if it is a manufacturing porblem or what ...and my heatset are only about 1mont old..if anybody know whats problem it would be great .
