Shadow Headset
we have just purchased shaddow headset and used instructions from official turtle beach websit to set up however the audio dips in and out and we cannot use any of the controls on the panel, the headset will work if plugged directly into the controler, but again cannot use any of the functions this is for PS4, the headset has worked fine on PS3
