Can Tennessee File Federal Taxes By E-filing?

i tried e-filing my Tennessee federal tax with Turbo tax and everytime i file it keeps rejecting back for wrong pin number so i call for another pin but they keep giving me the same pin number

I live in TN and can answer your question. You cannot e-file TN taxes. Here's where you go to file online:

https://apps.tn.gov/etax/ and file TN individual return (for dividend and/or interest income) - there is a $2500 exemption, so you probably won't owe any tax unless you have a ton of investments, but you have to file it anyway.

You also have to file this dang thing: Consumer Use Tax for internet purchases. UGH.
