Sign On Message

after i signed in to do my taxes the screen says, "one moment please we are trying to find a secure connection." This stayed on the screen for about 20 MINUTES. I finally went back to home and tried again a couple more times and it did the same thing, can anyone tell me why and what I need to do to get in to do my taxes?
