Why Can I Not Set Up An Account To See My Transactions.

i WANT TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT OR RECIEVE A STATEMENT SHOWING MY TRANSACTIONS i HAVE Called in several times it says that my carn is not recognized.I want to know how to take all my money off the card at once.Please someone help me I have been a customer since 2005 and I have never been this unhappy

Your question isn't clear - TurboTax doesn't have "transactions." Do you mean your refund card or the credit card you're using to pay for the program?
