Secure Connection?

I try to log in, and it keeps saying trying to get a secure connection? I can't access my account?

To date, this issue has primarily been reported by customers using Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 Beta, which TurboTax Online does not support. On or around January 24, we will implement a fix that prevents TurboTax Online from connecting whenever it detects a beta version of Internet Explorer.

The problem can also occur when using a slow Internet connection, such as dial-up.

Solutions

TurboTax Online does not support beta versions of browsers, and a high-speed connection is required. See the TurboTax 2010 System Requirements for more information and for links to download alternate browsers.

If the problem persists despite using a supported browser and a high-speed connection, try this:

Set your default browser to Chrome or Firefox if your default browser is Internet Explorer.
Try signing in again. Proceed to the next steps if the problem continues.
On the TurboTax Online sign in screen, look at Remember me on this computer. If the checkbox is selected, clear it, and then refresh your screen.
Delete cookies on your computer.
Clear your computer's cache.
Sign in to TurboTax Online.
